Sandford was a Hatter (1735-37) and Fellmaker.  He had connections with London.  His son Sandford married in London, in 1861 and his daughter Sarah married a hatter from Middlesex at Nantwich. Also, Margaret may have died an infant in london in 1739.
1685 - 1722 Sandford Brereton 37 37 Sandford is one of my 128 Great Great Great Great Great Great Great (8X) Grandfathers.

17 Jun 1708, Sandford Brereton (Bruerton) married Lydiah  Turner at Wybunbury.

Following their marriage, their first child Mary was baptised at Wybunbury.  Then future baptisms are at Nantwich.

Sandford wrote a Will, dated 15 Jan 1722, which identified him as a victuller (beer maker). His heir was son Sandford, and also son Thomas (£21) and daughter Esther
1713 Thomas Brereton Sandford left his son Thomas £30 in his will (when he became 21), and likewise Esther £30..

Thomas married Margared in Oldcastle, so this could be another Thomas.
1719 - 1721 Lydia Brereton 2 2 1660 - 1692 Mary Sandford 32 32 1709 - 1730 Esther Brereton 20 20 Esther was spelled Hester Brereton in her father's will.  She was the olders, but only about 12 when her father died.  She recieved an inheritenance of £30 pa from her fathers will.

There is no obvious marriage record for Esther, but a burial in 1730, when sho would only be 20 years.

With young children to look after, Samuel quickly remarried (probably a church arranged marriage).

Thomas son of Thomas Brereton was baptised at Bunbury in 1777.  There is another Thomas and Ann family from Tarvin (who had Mary and Robert in 1777 and 1779, so must be a different family).

In 1799, Thomas was marriage witness to his sister Sarah's marriage to John Burroughs.
