Eliza Brooks

Eliza was born on February 17th, 1909 in Chorley and her baptism took place there on April 28th, 1909.¹²

Eliza's father was Wilbraham Robert Brooks and her mother was Mary Alice Banks. Her maternal grandparents were John Banks and Mary Higson. She had four brothers and six sisters, named John, Wilbraham, Leslie, Fred, Ethel, Emily, Ann, Mary, Esther and Edith. She was the seventh oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 80 in June 1989 in Chorley.³
