Esther Brooks

Esther was born in March 1911 in Chorley.¹

Esther's father was Wilbraham Robert Brooks and her mother was Mary Alice Banks. Her maternal grandparents were John Banks and Mary Higson. She had four brothers and six sisters, named John, Wilbraham, Leslie, Fred, Ethel, Emily, Ann, Mary, Eliza and Edith. She was the eighth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 1 in March 1912 in Chorley.²
