Walter Welsby

Walter was born in 1818 in Bolton.¹

Birth Notes
- Aged 23 in 1841, at Pilkington Street, E Bolton

He died at the age of 44 in December 1862 in Bolton. His burial was on December 4th, 1862 at Tonge-with-Haulgh Cemetery.²³
