There is no birth record for Elizabeth Banks, and she wasnt with John and Rachel in 1861. She is too old to be John or Rachel's daughter, so must be adopted, perhaps another relation of Rachel's.

There was an Elizabeth Banks with MMN = PARR born in 1852, but she is from another Banks family.  It seems likely, Peter and Elizabeth are children of HOLT+SMITH family with Peter born Q1/1851 and Elizabeth born Q4/1856 (or similarly a HOLT+KAY family).
