22 Feb 1899 Luke Haslam (28, Quarryman) of Goose Cote Hill, son of Luke Haslam a farmer, married Mary Kay (18) of Astley Bridge, daughter of Ralph Kay a Publican by licence.
In 1901, Luke and Mary (30 & 20) had twin sons Harold and Herbert. Both died as infants. They were living with Alice Haslam (70) a beer seller at the Rothwell Arms.
In 1911, Luke a beer seller and Mary (41 & 30) were living at 7 Sherwood Street, Bolton with Alice (12), Luke (8), Eliza (3) and Ralph (1)
In 1946, Luke Haslam of 50 Hamilton Street, Bolton died, leaving £370 to his widow Mary Haslam.
