1877 Rachel Mather 1870 Betsy Mather 1867 Martha Mather 1838 - 1838 James Mather 3m 3m There is not enough space for a James born to James and Sarah, so James must be Samuel & Ann's son. 1845 Edward Mather 1854 - 1854 Alfred Mather 2m 2m Since Alfred's birth was registered at Noth Bury he was most likely a son of Samuel and Ann (as opposed to James Mather and Sarah Butterworth who used the Bury South Office from 1850). 1853 - 1868 Samuel Mather 15 15 Births of Edmund and David, confirmd sons of James and Sarah were registered in South Bury.  Since Samuel's birth was also registered here, it is assumed he was another son.
