William Mather

William's father was Isaac Mather and his mother was Mary Moyers.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Hannah Cross. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Richard, Isaac, William, Peggy, Mary and Hannah.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 2 in July 1810 in Billinge.  He was buried on July 22nd, 1810 at St. Aidan (Billinge).¹
