Alice Mather

Alice was born in July 1729 in Billinge and her baptism took place on July 20th, 1729 at St. Aidan (Billinge).¹

Alice's father was Thomas Mather and her mother was Hannah Rawlinson.  Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and <unknown>. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, James, Thomas, Richard, Elizabeth and Margaret.  She died at the age of 6 in May 1736 in Billinge.  She was buried on May 10th, 1736 at St. Aidan (Billinge).¹
