Hannah Mather

Hannah was born in December 1793 in Billinge and her baptism took place on December 15th, 1793 at St. Aidan (Billinge).¹

Hannah's father was Henry Mather and her mother was Betty Anderton.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Hannah Cross. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, John, Richard, Richard, Henry, James, James, Mary and Hannah.  She was the third oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 1 in November 1795 in Billinge.  She was buried on February 11th, 1795 at St. Aidan (Billinge).¹
