Hannah Mather

Hannah was born in 1809 in Billinge and her baptism took place on May 7th, 1809 at St. Aidan (Billinge).¹

Hannah's father was Richard Mather and her mother was Betty Berry.  Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and Elin (Ellen) Shaw. She had a brother and two sisters, named Titus, Betty and Margaret.  She was the second youngest of the four children.  She died at the age of 42 in June 1851 in Billinge.  She was buried on July 1st, 1851 at St. Aidan (Billinge).²
