Margaret Mather

Margaret was born in January 1811 in Billinge and her baptism took place on January 13th, 1811 at St. Aidan (Billinge).¹

Margaret's father was Richard Mather and her mother was Betty Berry.  Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and Elin (Ellen) Shaw. She had a brother and two sisters, named Titus, Betty and Hannah.  She was the youngest of the four children.
