Sarah was born on January 21st, 1879 in Billinge and her baptism took place on March 9th, 1879 at St. Aidan (Billinge).1 2  Sarah's father was William Peach and her mother was Margaret Mather.  Her maternal grandparents were William Mather and Ann Mather. She had two brothers named Richard and Thomas.  She was the second oldest of the three children. She had a half-sister named Ann.  She died at the age of 4 in January 1883 in Billinge.  She was buried on January 27th, 1883 in Billinge.2
