Adelaide, known as Lady of the English, was born in August 1102 in Winchester.  Lady of the English's father was King Henry ("Beauclerc", "Fine Scholar") Plantagenet I of England and her mother was Princess Matilda ("Atheling") of Scotland.  Her paternal grandparents were King William ("the Conqueror") I of England and Matilda of Flanders; her maternal grandparents were King Malcom III ("Ceanmor", "Longneck", "Bighead") of Scotland and Princess Margaret ("the Exile", "Atheling") of Wessex. She had a sister named "The Empress". She had five half-brothers and nine half-sisters, named "the King's Son", Rainald, William, Henry FitzHenry, Haldane, Constance Matilda, Alix, Joan Elizabeth, Maud, Eustacia, Emme, Sibyl Elizabeth, Annora and Mathilde.  She died  due to fever at the age of 65 on September 10th, 1167 in Rouen, Normandy, France.  She was buried in Bec Abbey, Normandy, France.


Lady of the English's family with Count Geoffrey ("the Fair", "le bon") Plantagenet IV or V of Anjou

‌Lady of the English and "the Fair", "le bon" were married in a religious ceremony on May 22nd, 1128 in Le Mans, Sarthe, France.  They had two sons named Hameline Plantagenet and "Plantagenet".
