Minnie, known as Lilly, was born in April 1889 in Tranmere.1  Lilly's father was Albert Stocks and her mother was Jane Smith.  Her paternal grandparents were George Stocks and Rebecca Ann Robinson; her maternal grandparents were Henry Smith and Sarah Amy Pickles. She had two brothers and four sisters, named George, Walter, Lucy, Sarah, Annie and Lavinia.  She was the second youngest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 31 on May 23rd, 1920 in Birkenhead.  She was buried on May 26th, 1920 at the Bebington Cemetery.2 3
