Gundred was born about 1117 in Warwick, Warwickshire, England.  Gundred's father was Earl William de Warenne II of Surrey and her mother was Elizabeth de Crepi.  Her paternal grandparents were William de Warenne and Princess Gundred de Normandie of England; her maternal grandparents were Count Hugh ("the Great", "le Grand") de Crepi of Vermandois and Adelaide of Vermandois. She had two brothers and a sister, named William, Rainald and Ada. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named "Bossu", Waleran, Maud and Isabel.  She died after 1166 in Warwick, Warwickshire, England.  She was buried in Kelso, Roxburgh, Scotland.


Gundred's first family with Roger de Beaumont

‌Gundred and Roger were married in a religious ceremony before 1130.  They had a son named Waleran.


Gundred's second family with Lord William de Lancaster of Kendal

‌Gundred and William were married in a religious ceremony about 1154.  They had two sons and a daughter, named William II, William and Avice.
