Fernando, known as "Citatus", was born on December 6th, 1285 in Sevilla, Sevilla, Spain.  "Citatus"'s father was Sancho Alfonsez IV and his mother was Maria Alfonso de Molina y Mesa.  His paternal grandparents were King Alfonso ("el Sabio") X of Castille & Leon and Princess Yolanda of Aragon; his maternal grandfather was Prince Alfonso Alfonsez of Castille & Leon and his maternal grandmother is Mayor Alfonso de Meneses. He had a sister named Beatriz Sancha.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 26 on September 7th, 1312 in Jaben, Jaben, Spain.


"Citatus"'s family with Princess Constanca Dinisez of Portugal

‌"Citatus" and Constanca were married in a religious ceremony on January 23rd, 1302 in Valladolid, Valladolid, Spain.  They had a son named "the Just".
