Eudoxia was born in 1162 in Constantinople, Constantinople, Turkey.  Eudoxia's father was Emperor Manolis Komnenos I of the Byzantine Empire and her mother was Princess Marie de Poitiers of Antioch.  Her paternal grandparents were Emperor John Comnenus II and Pyriska of Hungary; her maternal grandfather is Prince Raymond de Poitiers of Antioch and her maternal grandmother was Princess Constanza of Antioch & Jerusalem.  She was an only child.  She died after November 4th, 1202.

‌Eudoxia and Guillaume were married in a religious ceremony in 1187.  They had a daughter named Maria.
