Emperor Andronikos Doukas of Byzantium

Andronikos was born before 1045 in Constantinople, Constantinople, Turkey. Andronikos' father was Prince Ioannis Doukas of Byzantine and his mother was Irene Pegonitissa. His paternal grandfather was Duke Andronikos Doukas of Byzantine; his maternal grandfather was General Niketas ("the Patriician") Pegonites of Byzantium. He was an only child. He died on October 14th, 1077.
