Alianore de Holand 
Alianore was born about 1373 in Upholland, Lancashire. Alianore's father was Thomas de Holand II Earl of Kent and her mother was Alice FitzAlan of Arundel. Her paternal grandparents were Sir Thomas de Holand Earl of Kent and Joan the Fair Maid Plantagenet Cts of Kent; her maternal grandparents were Sir Richard Fitzalan II Earl of Arundel and Eleanor Plantagenet of Lancaster. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Edmund de Holand, Thomas de Holand III, John, Joan, Margaret, Bridget, Eleanor and Elizabeth. She died on October 18th, 1405 in Bisham, Berkshire.General Notes

Burke names her as Alianore with a younger sister Eleanor.
This descent (from Alianore's daughter Joyce & from Alianore's grandmother Joan "The Fair Maid of Kent" Plantagenet thru George Washington) appears in Gary Boyd Roberts, Royal Descents of 500 Immigrants... (Baltimore, 1993), 243. The book is considered something of a standard, although it is not above criticism.
Alainor de Holland, married to Roger de Mortimer, & Eleanor de Holland, married to Thomas de Montacute, were in fact separate persons with the same
