Alice de Sanford 
Alice was born in 1231 in England. Alice's father was Gilbert de Sanford and her mother was Loretta (Lora) la Zouche. Her paternal grandfather was John de Sanford; her maternal grandparents were Roger la Zouche Sheriff of Devonshire and Margaret (la Zouche). She was an only child. She died at the age of 86 on September 7th, 1317 in England.
Alice and Sir Robert de Vere were married in a religious ceremony before December 22nd, 1252. They had five sons and two daughters, named Gilbert, Philip, Alfonso, Hugh, Robert, Joan and Hawise.

Joan was born in 1264 in Oxford, Oxfordshire, England. She died at the age of 29 on November 23rd, 1293 in Lewes, Sussex, England.
