Arthur and Hartley, both born about 1880, are two people (not the same parson as originaly thought). They are both on 1911 census records (Hartley married).
In 1901, "Arthur" (20) was with his mother
In 1911, Arthur was still single, 30, Insurance Agent with his mother at 15 Victoria Av, Keighley.
In 1916, William a farmer and Lucy (61 & 59) and son Arthur (34) were in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Canada. This may be another as Arther Smith was also there in 1904 (aged 24)
In 1917, Arthur Smith, 34, son of William Smith (dec, mechanic) married Amy Nunweek at Keighley. This is another Arthur born 1883, son of William (a mechanic turner) and Sarah Ann Smith.
In 1921, Arthur and Ada Jane Smith were living with John Henry and Ethel Foulds (Arthur's sister) and his mother Lucy Alma Smith
