James (Jim) Mather Nugent

James, known as Jim, was born on March 19th, 1915 in Birkenhead.¹

Birth Notes

Jim's father was Alfred James Nugent and his mother was Mary (Polly) Mather. His paternal grandparents were John William Nugent and Margaret Jane Cairns; his maternal grandparents were Joseph (Joe) Mather and Ellen Tomlinson. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Will, Jack, Madge and Ellen. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 71 in February 1987 in Birkenhead.²
