Cecily was born on May 31st, 1415 in Raby, Durham, England.  Cecily's father was Earl Ralph de Neville of Westmoreland and her mother was Joan de Beaufort.  Her paternal grandparents were John de Neville and Maud de Percy; her maternal grandparents were King John Plantagenet and Catharine Swynford Roet. She had a brother and a sister, named Richard and Eleanor.  She was the youngest of the three children. She had a half-sister named Phillippa.  She died at the age of 80 on May 31st, 1495 in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, England.  She was buried in Fotheringhay, Northhamptonshire, England.

‌Cecily and Richard were married in a religious ceremony before October 18th, 1424 in Yorkshire, England.  They had two daughters named Elizabeth and Margaret.
