Alice was born about 1304 in Hadley, Staffordshire, England.  Alice's father is Hugh de Audley and her mother was Isolde de Mortimer.  Her paternal grandparents were James Audley of Aldithley and Ela Longspee; her maternal grandparents were Baron Edmund de Mortimer and Margaret de Fiennes. She had a brother named Hugh.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died on January 12th, 1373 in Greystoke, Northumberland, England.  She was buried in Cathedral, Durham, Durham, England.

‌Alice and Ralph were married in a religious ceremony on January 14th, 1326 in Stratton Audley, Oxfordshire, England.  They had a son and a daughter, named John and Margaret.
