James Pendlebury

James' father was Albert Pendlebury and his mother was Catherine Dowd. His paternal grandparents were James Pendlebury and Eliza Mather. He had three brothers and four sisters, named James, Frank, Arthur, Mary, Ellen, Catherine and Lucy. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Frank, Albert, Alexander, Robert, William, Elizabeth and Edna. He died as an infant at 9 months old in September 1891 in Bolton.²
