Frank was born on December 25th, 1904 in Little Bolton and his baptism took place on February 8th, 1905 at the St. Matthew (Little Lever).1 2  Frank's father was Albert Pendlebury and his mother was Matilda Fleming.  His paternal grandparents were James Pendlebury and Eliza Mather. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Albert, Alexander, Robert, William, Elizabeth and Edna.  He was the oldest of the seven children. He had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named James, James, Frank, Arthur, Mary, Ellen, Catherine and Lucy.  He died at the age of 60 on April 8th, 1965 in Bolton.  He was buried on April 13th, 1965 in Bolton.3 4
