Agnes (Nan) Thomson

Agnes, known as Nan, was born on December 25th, 1877 in Broxburn and her baptism took place there on February 3rd, 1878 conducted by Reverend Alexander Luke.¹²

Nan's father was Andrew Thomson and her mother was Helen Henderson. Her paternal grandparents were Archibald Thomson and Margaret Paterson; her maternal grandparents were Michael Henderson and Margaret Galloway. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named Archibald, Michael, Jim, Andrew, Robert, James, Robert, Margaret, Mary, Jeanie, Helen and Helen. She was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. She died due to heart disease, arteriosclerotic heart with myocardial failure, at the age of 85 on March 15th, 1963 in British Columbia. The funeral was arranged by Chapel Hill Funeral Parlor, Ltd.. She was cremated on March 18th, 1963 in Vancouver.³⁴⁴
