Margaret Jane Douglas

Margaret was born on June 21st, 1907 in Govan.¹² Margaret's father was William John Douglas and her mother was Agnes Carmichael. Her paternal grandparents were Archibald Douglas and Margaret Jane Wray; her maternal grandparents were James Carmichael and Agnes Stevenson. She had three brothers, and also a sibling of unknown gender named James, William, Archibald and Douglas. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 66 in 1973 in Bellshill.
