Edmund Plantagenet of was born on June 5th, 1341 in King's Langley, Hertfordshire, England.  Edmund Plantagenet of's father was Edward III Plantagenet of England and his mother was Philippa of Hainault.  His paternal grandparents were Edward II Caernarvon of England and Isabelle of France; his maternal grandparents were William III the Good of Hainault and Holland and Jeanne de Valois. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Edward the Black Prince, Lionel Plantagenet of, John Plantagenet of, Thomas Plantagenet of, William of, William of, Isabella, Mary, Margaret, Joan, Joan and Blanche. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named John, UNKNOWN, UNKNOWN and Nicholas.  He died at the age of 61 on August 6th, 1402 in King's Langley, Hertfordshire, England.  He was buried in Church of the Medicant Friars.

‌Edmund Plantagenet of and Isabel of Castile and were married in a religious ceremony in Hertford Castle.  They had two sons and a daughter, named Edward Plantagenet of, Richard Plantagenet of and Constance Plantagenet of.
