Joan (Jeanne) of was born in Bar-sur-Seine, France.  Joan (Jeanne) of's father was Henri I Enrique of Navarre and her mother was Blanche Capet de Artois.  Her paternal grandparents were Theobald I de Navarre and Marguerite de Bourbon; her maternal grandparents were Robert Capet I de Artois and Matilde (Maud) de Brabant. She had a brother named Thibault of. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Thomas Plantagenet of, John Plantagenet of, Henry Plantagenet of and Mary.  She died on April 2nd, 1305 in Vincennes, France.
