Sancha (Beatrice) of was born before 1140 in Toledo, Castile, Spain.  Sancha (Beatrice) of's father was Alfonso VII Raimundez of Castile and Leon and her mother was Berenguela Berengar of Barcelona.  Her paternal grandparents were Raymond of Burgundy and Urraca Alfonsez de Leon of Castile; her maternal grandparents were Raymond IV Arnolda the Great Berengar and Dulce Aldonza Milhaud de Gievaudun. She had four brothers and a sister, named Sancho III the Desired of, Ferdinand II of, Alfonso Infant of, Garcia Infant of and Constance of. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Fernando Infant of, Sancha Alfonsez Infanta of and Urraca Alfonsa of.  She died on August 5th, 1177.
