Birth Notes

James' father was Thomas Holland and his mother was Martha Brereton. His maternal grandparents were Edward Brereton and Frances Hopley. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Frank, Edward, George, Ellen, May, Mary and Annie. He was the third youngest of the nine children.
