In 1889, Thomas Holland (24), a farmer, son of Thomas (dec) married Martha Brereton (21) of Higher Hall, Is-y-coed, daughter of Edward Brereton a farmer.
In 1901, Thomas a cattle dealer and Martha (36 & 33) were at Sibbersfield Cottage next to Sibbersfield Hall, Churton by Chester with Ellen (11), Thomas (9), May (7), Frank (5), Frederick (3), George (2) and James (10 mo).

Thomas and Martha were married in a religious ceremony on April 16th, 1889 in Is-y-Coed.2 They had five sons and four daughters, named Thomas, Frank, Edward, George, James, Ellen, May, Mary and Annie. There are no more children.
