Mary Catherine Boland 
Mary Catherine was born on June 6th, 1867 in Near Little Mountain, Newberry County, South Carolina.1 Mary Catherine's father was Middleton Boland and her mother was Anna Barbara Frick. Her paternal grandparents were Abram Boland and Eva Christina Sease. She had six brothers and six sisters, named David, Abraham Noah, Levi Calhoun, Edward Jonah, Lawson Pettus, Ira Coens, Rachel Happy, Louise Alice, Ellen M., Frances Victoria, Emma and Corrie Ada. She was the fifth youngest of the thirteen children. She had a half-sister named Lula Beatress. She died due to Cancer at the age of 68 on May 4th, 1936 in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia. She was buried in City Cemetery, Atlanta, Georgia.1 1 -
