Frances Victoria was born on March 1st, 1862 in Little Mountain, Newberry County, South Carolina.1 Frances Victoria's father was Middleton Boland and her mother was Anna Barbara Frick. Her paternal grandparents were Abram Boland and Eva Christina Sease. She had six brothers and six sisters, named David, Abraham Noah, Levi Calhoun, Edward Jonah, Lawson Pettus, Ira Coens, Rachel Happy, Louise Alice, Ellen M., Emma, Mary Catherine and Corrie Ada. She was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. She had a half-sister named Lula Beatress. She died at the age of 87 on September 14th, 1949 in Little Mountain, Newberry County, South Carolina. She was buried in Mt. Tabor Lutheran Cemetery, Little Mountain, SC.1 1 -
