Harold was born on September 22nd, 1900 in Seacombe.¹

Birth Notes

Harold's father was Arthur Edward Scoffield and his mother was Mary Brockbank. His maternal grandparents were John Brockbank and Mary Ann Mather. He had five brothers and five sisters, named John, Arthur, Joseph, Walter, George, Mary, Elizabeth, Hilda, Lilian and Mercy. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 86 in April 1987 in Wallasey.²
