William Francis Mather

William's father was Ralph Mather and his mother was Rosannah Peak.  His paternal grandparents were Samuel Mather and Ellen Rigby. He had a brother and three sisters, named Thomas, Alice, Christiana and Ellen.  He was the youngest of the five children. He had a half-brother and six half-sisters, named Samuel, Ellen, Hannah, Alice, Hannah, Sarah and Clara.  He died at 5 months old in August 1852 in Bolton.  He was buried on August 8th, 1852 at St. Peter's (Bolton).^2 3
