Sally (Sarah) Mather

Sally, known as Sarah, was born in February 1769 in Warrington and her baptism took place on February 24th, 1769 at St. Elphin (Warrington).¹

Sarah's father was Henry Mather and her mother was Sarah Clare. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, John, James, Richard, Mary, Betty, Ellen and Kitty. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 72 on October 26th, 1841 in Birkenhead. She was buried on October 26th, 1841 at St. Elphin (Warrington).²²
