Sophronia Ann Florida Surrency

Sophronia Ann Florida was born on April 1st, 1855 in Tattnall Co. GA.¹   Sophronia Ann Florida's father was Samuel D. Surrency and her mother was Elizabeth Kennedy.  Her maternal grandparents were Edward Kennedy and Cynthia Unknown. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Burrell Demere, William Brantley, James Jasper, Jacob Franklin, John Allen, Louisa and Josephine America.  She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She had five half-brothers and ten half-sisters, named Robert C., Allen Powell, Samuel D., Henry Jackson, Hampton West, Penelope, Cornelius, Nancy, Charlotte, Sarah, Elizabeth, Caroline Matilda, Martha, Clementine and Emiline.  She died at the age of 77 on June 17th, 1932 in Brantley Co., GA.¹
