Henry Jackson Surrency

Henry Jackson was born on October 31st, 1830.¹   Henry Jackson's father was Samuel D. Surrency and his mother was Elizabeth Copeland. He had four brothers and ten sisters, named Robert C., Allen Powell, Samuel D., Hampton West, Penelope, Cornelius, Nancy, Charlotte, Sarah, Elizabeth, Caroline Matilda, Martha, Clementine and Emiline.  He was the sixth youngest of the fifteen children. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Burrell Demere, William Brantley, James Jasper, Jacob Franklin, John Allen, Louisa, Josephine America and Sophronia Ann Florida.¹
