Robert C. Surrency

Robert C. was born on June 5th, 1814.¹   Robert C.'s father was Samuel D. Surrency and his mother was Elizabeth Copeland. He had four brothers and ten sisters, named Allen Powell, Samuel D., Henry Jackson, Hampton West, Penelope, Cornelius, Nancy, Charlotte, Sarah, Elizabeth, Caroline Matilda, Martha, Clementine and Emiline.  He was the oldest of the fifteen children. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Burrell Demere, William Brantley, James Jasper, Jacob Franklin, John Allen, Louisa, Josephine America and Sophronia Ann Florida.¹
