William of Poitiers

William of was born on August 17th, 1152. William of's father was Henry II Curtmantle FitzEmpress of England and his mother was Eleanor of Aquitaine. His paternal grandparents were Geoffrey V the Fair Plantagenet of Anjou and Matilda the Empress of England; his maternal grandparents were William X the Toulousan of Aquitaine and Eleanor Chatellerault de Rochefoucauld. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Richard I Coeur de Lion of, Geoffrey II Plantagenet of, John I Plantagenet Lackland of, Henry the Young King of, Matilda (Maud), Eleanor and Joan.
