Ernest Pendlebury

Ernest was born in December 1895 in Bolton.¹

Ernest's father was David Pendlebury and his mother was Ruth Price. His paternal grandparents were James Pendlebury and Eliza Mather. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named James, David, Albert, Walter, Herbert, Mary, Eliza, Ruth, Elsie, Ruth, Ida and Maud. He died as a war casualty, Killed in Action, WW1, at the age of 21 on October 26th, 1917 in France.²
