Margaret Mather 
Margaret was born in 1823 in Adlington and her baptism took place there on March 2nd, 1823.1 Margaret's father was Nathan Mather and her mother was Catherine Bibby. Her paternal grandparents were Edward (Nedde) Mather and Mary Hough. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named John, Edward, Nathan, Nathan, Edward, Thomas, Richard, Mary, Mary, Elizabeth and Ann. She had an adopted brother named Edward. She died at the age of 29 in August 1852 in Adlington. She was buried on August 22nd, 1852 in Rivington.2 Death Notes
