In 1831, Joseph Mather of Blackburn Street was on the L.B. Poor List.
In 1841, Josiah and Amelia (both 30) were living at Blackburn Street with Mary Ann V (8) and Robert V (8 mo). His brother Edwin P Mather (25) was with them.
