Betty Mather

Betty was born on November 8th, 1831 in Radcliffe and her baptism took place on January 1st, 1832 at St. Thomas (Radcliffe).¹²

Birth Notes

Betty's father was Jeremiah (Jeremy) Mather and her mother was Alice Lord. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Mather and Betty Lord. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Samuel, James, Jeremiah, John, Robert, Peter, James and Mary. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at 10 months old in September 1832 in Radcliffe. She was buried on February 3rd, 1832 at St. Thomas (Radcliffe).³
