In 1794, Jacob had a daughter no Catherine Ainsworth.
Mary wife of "James" Mather, Weaver was buried at Radcliffe in 1801. This can't be Mary Barber m.1796 James a crofter and coundn't sign his name (and in 1804 Jacob could)
Catharine and Jacob were in a committed relationship They had two sons and a daughter, named Samuel, Jacob and Nancy. There are possibly more children.
