Samuel was a Farmer when James and Jermiah were baptised, but a Weaver on his 1806 marriage record.
Samuel appears to be part of a wealthy family as son Jeremiah had property at Breightmet.
In 1807 and 1812, when Samuel had his sons James and Jeremiah, he was a farmer at Radcliffe.
On 20 Jul 1814, Samuel of Radcliffe died aged 36. The following year, his Widow Betty remarried.
