Ann Mather

Ann was born in March 1846 in Turton and her baptism took place on May 31st, 1846 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹²

Birth Notes

Ann's father was Joseph Mather and her mother was Mary Helm. Her paternal grandparents were Solomon Mather and Martha (Matty) Ramsden. She had two sisters named Ellen and Jane. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James, Solomon, Joseph, Richard, William, Ellen and Martha.
